Olcay Gündüz is a managing director in the healthcare & Pharmaceutical investment banking advisory group at Golden Trophy Capital. With more than 35 years of experience, Olcay has significant expertise in healthcare finance, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, valuations, and management experience at pharmaceutical sector.


Golden Trophy is a new breed of advisory firm. I feel that companies in turkey needed blend of finance professionals with experienced industry veterans. We can create value for our clients on strategic mergers. 


Olcay’s experience spans the healthcare landscape where he has completed multiple transactions representing large pharmaceutical companies, as well as private equity firms. His experience spans a range of transaction types and structures including joint ventures, mergers, post merger integrations of two company, buy side and sell side  transactions.

 

Olcay is a frequent speaker and author on the pharmaceutical industry, with topics including pharma trends. 

 

Prior to joining Golden Trophy Capital, Olcay was an CEO at Biofarma Company where he led post mergers integration of Minür Şahin company. Olcay has worked at french giant Servier company for 11 years as a marketing manager. 

 

Olcay earned his Master of Business Administration degree in finance from Marmara Univesity and his Medical Doctor degree from  İstanbul Üniversitesi -Cerrahpaşa, Cerrahpaşa Tıp Fak.
