Mr. Kemaoglu has more than 20 years of construction, manufacturing and international business experience.  Mr. Kemaloğlu has successfully managed several industrial cross border mergers and established international business joint ventures throughout his careers.

 

Mr. Kemaloglu has successfully exited two of his manufacturing ventures. The first venture was ALKE wind turbine blade manufacturing company, sold to Nasdaq listed TPI Composites in 2012.  

 

The second venture was EGE Towers sold to South Korea Publicly Listed Company, CS Wind in 2018.  Mr. Kemaloğlu was CEO of EGE Towers.

 

Mr. Kemaloglu is an American Collegiate Institute (ACI) Izmir alumni and holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and an M.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering from Middle East Technical University.  He speaks Turkish, English, French and Spanish.
