Formerly, Külcü worked at leading companies at FMCG sector, where he focused his efforts on R&D, organizational development and reconstruction projects. He began his career in Mersin with Governmental Agencies, as a project leader position on multinational projects. Then he worked with Austria based environmental technologies firm and it's Turkish branch for environmental investments in Turkish food industry.
