Gurun prior to founding Golden Trophy worked as an investment Banker for more than 20 years and he has performed underwriting, structuring JV deals, project financing and asset management functions.  At GTC, Gurun has specialized automotive, industrial and packaging sectors in M&A field.

Gurun underwrote real estate deals for Morgan Stanley, Calters, Calsper etc. Since qualification, Gurun has gained extensive real estate finance experience, initially with SunCal Land Investment & Development Co. partner of Lehman Brother, where he was in the asset management team.

 

Gurun was involved acquisition appraisal, valuations, financial modelling and deal structuring on master planned real estate development projects . Mr. Gurun authored book on Excel 1994. Gurun holds B.S. from Bogaziçi University and graduated from MBA program at University of Pennsylvania, Wharton Business School in 2000.
