Mr. Eren has 20 years of investment banking experience providing merger and acquisition, valuation, financial advisory, and restructuring services for Technology and Financial Institutions. Previously, Mr. Eren was Assistant General Manager
and CIO of Iktisat Bank, where he held board responsibilities at Iktisat Bank to manage Iktisat Leasing, Factofinans Factoring, Emek Insurance and Emek Life Insurance. Before investment banking, Mr. Eren was than CEO of Tech Data Information Systems Turkey (Avnet Technology prior to Tech Data acquisition ), the IT distribution giant, a global Fortune 100 company. Under Mr. Eren’s leadership Avnet revenues increased five fold in eight years and remained profitable.
Mr. Eren holds a B.Sc. Computer Sciences degree from University of Sussex, England.
